A short stretch of focus

Focus here means a quiet stretch of attention. You look at one board. You look for the next forced mark. You do not split the sit with a second screen if you can help it. Ten minutes can be enough. So can a longer evening. The length is yours.

DIGIGMA does not treat a puzzle as a test of how sharp you are. It does not promise anything about memory, sleep, or mood. The board is just a board. If you want that stretch, open a game, silence the rest of the glass, and stay until one more cell is certain.

A small window

Ten minutes is a useful length. Open Easy. Find a few forced marks. Stop if the time is up. You do not have to finish. An unfinished board waits; you can pick it up later. A short sit is not a lesser sit. It is the same hobby in a smaller window.

A 6×6 Binary Puzzle fits that window well. A gentle Sudoku does too. Killer cages take a little more reading, even on Easy, because the clues are sums instead of digits. None of that is a moral ranking. It is only how long the first scan takes.

A longer evening

Some nights you want more holding in mind. Pick a band that asks more, or stay with a Medium until it is solved. A longer sit is still one puzzle, or two. It is not a session you have to fill until a quota blinks out.

Hard and Expert take patience. They reward the same scans, done with more of the grid in view. Leave the clock alone if it starts to boss you. The time is for you. If you need a break, leave. Coming back to the same cells is allowed. It is the ordinary way to play a harder band.

The same sit

Short and long are the same posture. You read a group. You write a mark you can defend. You stop when you want to stop. A hobby is allowed to be small: one Sudoku, one Killer Sudoku, one Binary Puzzle, or none until you want one. The site does not hurry you, and it does not scold a day you skip.

Keep it quiet on purpose if you can. Not as a lifestyle. As a practical matter: the next forced cell is easier to see when the rest of the evening is not talking at you. Then close the tab. The stretch is over when you say it is.

Tomorrow, or not

You can make a habit of this without turning it into a chore. A good rhythm is the page for the four-hour rotation, streaks, and the right to do one grid — or zero. Tonight it is enough to have sat with a board and stood up again.

Start from Games when you want the next sit. Easy is a complete visit.
