Privacy
DIGIGMA does not use advertising, Google Analytics, or marketing trackers. We use a small first-party usage measure to understand the site and improve the service.
Usage measures
DIGIGMA uses an internal first-party usage measure to understand visits, acquisition sources, landing pages, how the games are used, and how the service evolves. A first-party visitor id groups visits from the same browser. When you play as a guest or sign in, that id can be linked to the guest identity and then to your account. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising tracker, no cross-site tracking, and no browser fingerprinting. Data is not sold. Raw IP addresses are not kept in this analytics. Detailed pageviews are kept for up to 180 days.
Account
If you create an account we store email, a password hash (never the password), username, optional country, language preference, and — if you use it — a Google subject id. Email is not shown publicly.
Play
Play records store the puzzle, whether the run was official, timestamps, duration, outcome, and whether assists were used. That powers Continue, history, per-puzzle leaderboards, and — for Premium — replay and stats.
Public
Username, optional country flag, and eligible official results are public on that puzzle’s leaderboard. Guests can appear. Assisted official runs, replays, and results under the game minimum stay off the board.
Public profile
A profile is private until you opt in. Making it public is a separate consent from creating an account. It is not a blanket consent for other uses. A public profile may become visible on the web; DIGIGMA currently keeps public profiles out of search-engine indexes. You can switch back to private. We do not show duration, assists, rank, or email on a public profile.
What we do not collect
DIGIGMA does not collect age, date of birth, city, gender, or telephone number. Country is optional and never inferred from your IP address. Play times stay off public profiles.
Comments you write
Comments are published under your username. They are kept while your account and the publication exist. Hidden comments may be retained for up to one year for moderation, then the body is purged (the record id may remain). If you permanently delete your account, public comments are anonymized (for example “deleted profile”) rather than leaving holes in the page. You may ask for a comment to be hidden.
16+ confirmation
When you make a profile public, we store that you confirmed you are 16 or older. We do not store a date of birth or an age number. That confirmation is used only to lock or allow a public profile (and, later, any contact features that require the same gate).
Messages
There is no private-message inbox in this version. DIGIGMA does not store direct messages between players today. If a later version offers Premium-to-Premium messages, Privacy will be updated first, including retention.
Private
Email, password hash, Google subject id, and auth tokens are not for the leaderboard.
Payments
Optional Premium checkout, if offered, runs on Stripe. DIGIGMA stores Stripe customer and checkout identifiers, amount, and status. Card numbers stay with Stripe.
Support
The Support form stores the email, subject, and message you send, so a person can reply. It is not a marketing list.
This browser
This browser stores a sign-in token, a guest session id, a first-party visitor id, language, and appearance.
Your rights
You may ask to access, rectify or erase your personal data, and where relevant to port it, object to processing or request restriction. We normally reply within one month. You may also contact the CNIL (French data-protection authority). Use Support for these requests — the same Support link already on the site; we do not add a separate form.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. When you permanently delete your account, DIGIGMA erases the account and private game data; eligible public leaderboard scores stay anonymized as Guest. Detailed pageviews are kept for up to 180 days. Support messages are kept so we can reply and handle the request (no automatic purge today). Stripe retains its own payment records under its rules — DIGIGMA does not promise to erase those. Operational backups may briefly retain deleted data until they rotate.
Technical
The API applies short rate limits using the connection address, to slow abuse. That address is not stored as analytics. DIGIGMA does not run a marketing analytics product or a third-party tracker.
